 Join one of Benjamin Eriksson Photography’s 2025 Tours where you’ll enjoy and photograph amazing moments with Humpback Whales on their Southern migration to Antarctica.

Benjamin’s tours are about having an amazing experience, building friendships, having a laugh, and learning while doing.

Benjamin is a big believer in mateship and harnessing positive energy from a great group of people. He believes in giving you the best experience possible, so tour numbers are kept small with a maximum number of 4-5 participants.

A passionate lover of wildlife and nature Benjamin says, this tour has a workshop element, he is there to help you with your camera, so you get the most out of what you will photograph.

The tour combines whales mainly Humpback Whales, birds and magical locations around Eden on the Sapphire Coast, NSW.

You will experience amazing wild interactions with Humpback Whales on their Southern migration to Antarctica. We have the potential to see and photograph behaviours such as Breaching, Tail slapping, Pectoral slapping, Flukes Dives, Spy Hops, Logging and mugging.

There is a chance we might encounter another whale species. Ben has photographed Southern Right and Minke Whales (we might get lucky) from Eden over the years.

Tour One:

Arrival Wednesday 10th September 4pm & Departure Monday 15th September by 9am

Tour Two:

Arrival Tuesday 14th October 4pm & Departure Sunday 19th October by 9am

A little info….

 Whale Cruises:

Five (5x) Whale cruises aboard Sapphire Coastal Adventures Boats from Eden Wharf.

Important please note. All cruises are weather permitting, if by chance we have a day that isn’t suitable for boat whale cruises we will do land-based photography.

Eden Whale Museum:

Entry to the Eden Whale Museum when we will wonder and learn about this history of whaling along the Sapphire Coast region.

Sunsets:

Photograph two (2x) sunsets around Eden.

Astro Photography:

Photography one (1x) session of Astro.

Editing Sessions:

During the tour, at the house the group will have time to learn how Ben edits his photos using Adobe Lightroom Classic. Please bring your laptop with Adobe Lightroom, so you can learn tips and tricks to edit your photos.

Eden is a comfortable day trip drive approx. 7 hour’s drive from Melbourne CBD, this travel time includes two 20-minute stops.

We will be photographing whales, other marine and bird life on or above the water, seascapes and editing sessions of your photos using Adobe Lightroom on your laptop computer.

You need a basic knowledge of your camera out of Auto mode.

I will be there to help you throughout the tour.
